Cardinal has 3 balls

in the air . Dividends , buybacks and debt reduction . By the 4 th quarter they will have 2 ,  dividends and buybacks . There's always a Black Swan lucking in the weeds . Paying off debt is the number one ball to eliminate . 
Those that aren't happy with a 7 % dividend yield good luck finding another oil  stock with a higher one .

Heavy volume on the sell side I guess 7% divy isn't good enough for some go figure!
