didn't mention Cardinal at all today . Every other appearance he had good things to say but hadn't rebought . Today he did speak on several stocks he wasn't prepared to buy . Could his failure to mention  it mean he is again buying for his dividend fund .  With a current yield 8.6 % it's the highest in the energy sector .
