WCS vs WTI

That BNN news clip is from February. The WCS WTI differential did decrease during the summer but then it increased again during November. It is over $23 at the moment. Canada needs to get the expanded TMX pipeline operational by Q2 2024. This should lower the differential to $10 or less. The new pipeline will help keep this differential a lot more consistent throughout the year. It should no ...more

Yeah I noticed that too. I am not sure why BNN adds and removes WCS from their commodity board so often but I guess it just takes too much effort to update.
