Is Eric Nuttall buying a private placement in CJ?

Eric's take on CJ on Market Call does not make any sense! But if a private placement is in the works, then that would answer my questions as to why he was so wrong on his CJ information. 
In my opinion and this is not a negative reflection on Eric, he had a bull shot story rehearsed in case he did get a call on Cardinal, but simply forgot his lines and ab-libbed it as he went! Let's not forget that he was using his computer during the show and he admitted that it was a first, or so I believe.

I am sure that will tick all of us off if they dilute our stock value after CJ said time and time again they will be doing buy backs.  Maybe the board and CJ management would plan to sell their stocks directly to him at a premium.  I for one will be pissed if they dilute the stock needlessly.  As it would be needlessly from reading their reports.  EN can buy his CJ like the

Unless we are making anouther large transaction, why would we need\want to do a Private Placement? And further, why dilute at this depressed level? Why are we catering and worried about Nuttall and what he's doing? At anytime he only holds 15 or less of the many Energy names in Canada/US, we don't need to be one of his favorites or in his fund. At most his general market thesis and

No one has suggested a private placement. Priced at depression price. Buyout is more likely. Lots of resent deals in energy patch. GLTA

Actually Windsorman, I am suggesting the possibility of a private placement due to the misinformation that Eric provided concerning CJ on his recent appearance on Market Call. He more or less did the same thing concerning Surge a few years back! Kherson
