Weird eh?  Technicals are showing some bad mojo if you buy into those (and I do) but I thought the share price would run up to the ex-div regardless of oil being up or down.  If by manipulation you mean shorting, I think it is a pretty brave and maybe short sighted position to take right before the ex-div considering shorts pay the div on the shares they short and doesn't make sense

Seems lioke sxomethings going on.  The stock seems to be getting held down, possibly for a takeover.  Time will tell.

Yes INGG, I talked to a pal at CIBC, he says no way, tooo  small, plus major shareholder a senior manager in a large oil company (you know who),conflict of interest unless an other. But I hope you are right....    P
