will CNQ initiate a buyout of CJ ?CJ's presentation has indicated it will focus on debt reduction....which meant capital expansion is not its priority, so I found it hard to imagine CJ making acquisitions of other cos or energy assets... Being acquired is not something they wave their hands for invitations but other cos which have the appetite may initiate... Which ones have that appetite to buyout CJ ? CNQ ? or some rich pension funds (eg Teachers Pension etc) plan to include CJ in their portfolio ? Any thoughts !!!
