RE:Start of dividend

RE:Start of dividend

Have to think that if Mr.Nuttall is a significant owner of this company as he still seems to be  he wont want to wait until August for his first dividend payment while  having to make his own monthly distributions.

It would be nice, but unlikely, say 20% chance. The quarter they will be reporting will be sub 90 oil likely around 80-85. So the FCF off that will be debt earmarked they gave in the guidance last quarter.

Q1 is in announced in May, that's the likely time we get the announcement they have hit the debt target and will commence the payouts. And with that quarter we are likely gonna be seeing FCF on 90-95 oil. Even that is ahead of what the company was originally looking at in November.

Worst case senario seems like late July.

In November they were giving numbers toward being debt free by this time next year, there's a chance we are debt free by Q3 this November, barring some acquisitions which would not surprise me.

Why wont Nuttall want to wait? He's been holding this stock around a year or more and classifying this stock as one of his favorite potential plays since early in the pandemic drop... He is a long term looker, he isn't going to dislike the stock because it takes them 2-6 months longer to start a dividend payout, the longer they are paying the debt before the announcement, the shorter the next couple phases will be on a shorter path to debt free and larger payouts.
