Cardinal Energy Ltd. is an oil and gas company with operations focused on low decline oil in Western Canada. Its North area includes Grande Prairie, Clearwater, House Mountain, Mica, and Mitsue properties.

I want to believe you friend, I hold a whack of Gear to, but, how am I misunderstand this ? 
 

Gear's board of directors has approved the initiation of a quarterly variable cash dividend program with an initial dividend of $0.01 per common share. The dividend will be paid on May 30, 2022 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 16, 2022.
