Which has resulted in higher WTI pricing.
At prices over $85 per barrel WTI, CJ should be running smooth and improving its balance sheet.
I see M&A ramping up around the sector as interest rates are forcing weak hands to act.
Higher commodity prices will probably have the effect of steadying some of those hands so the time to act is either over or has been completed and will be announced shortly.
It should be an interesting second half.
