Cardinal Energy Ltd. is an oil and gas company with operations focused on low decline oil in Western Canada. The only amount subject to taxation is if you contribute more than your allowable limit, then you are also subject to interest penalites which are quite high. The only other limit is regarding withdrawals where you have to wait until the following year to redeposit. 
Most day traders lose money - why would CRA deem day trading taxable...
