RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:$300 000 portfolio minimumThanks for the lesson Jay I appreciate it.
The truth is weilding a margin takes a knowledge and a risk threshold that I don't posess or care to cross at the moment. But make no mistake, I believe using the credit leverage in your portfolio is probably more beneficail than not especially if you believe strongly in the underlying investment.
I believe in CJ and the dividend appears to be safe until the SAGD project comes online at which point production will increase and the cost of it will go down which could mean a dividend increase (certainly a share price increase) if that extra revenue is not needed for the cap-ex for stage 2 (Kelfield).
I do not believe in it enough to make it my 1,2, even 3... top portfolio pick as it just has that oil commodity pricing risk invloved so even if I were to margin it might not be for CJ. That being said the divi yield for covering those margin costs makes it compelling even for me.
Jay I would rather read 100 of your posts about this or any other stock on the platform than one from the unicorn rider. His are just useless drivil and it is not a language barrier. Believe me they are no better in french. It just appears to be more lies in another languange.
Anyway you do you and Happy Canada Day to you and all the legit CJ investors.
