Cardinal Energy Ltd. is a Canadian oil and natural gas company with operations focused on low decline oil in Western Canada. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development, optimization and production of crude oil and natural gas in the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan. Its operating areas include the Midale, South District, Central District, and North District. Its Midale operating area of over 730 million barrels of original oil in place (OOIP) and its low decline in production of 3,200 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boe/d) (net) is supported by both waterflood and CO2 enhanced oil recovery. Its South District operating area is located east of Calgary in southeastern Alberta and produces medium gravity crude, as well as liquids-rich natural gas. Its Central District operation is located in East Central Alberta, which is focused on producing oil from multiple, large OOIP pools. Its North area includes Grande Prairie, Clearwater and other properties.

I think we could hit $14 after the project is online and we are on regular CAPEX with pay down happening/close to complete, and we get 72 cents per year to wait for it...




 

Yes, 3ish years... I am also projecting what the market is likely to do when(if) we hit the plan for 75% of returns to shareholders which I believe is Bank debt free... so figuring on a little buyback and likely a dividend raise to 9-10ish cents... so it's a little pie in the sky but was also mathematically very do able pre SAGD development.
 

I think the price would depend on if it's straight cash or merger...

Straight cash I'd want +10 which I don't see as likely currently... we can likely be bought for less.

Merger I may be ok to take less value depending on the company as I would still theoretically get to realize our upside if I want to stick around.
