Divy...

Just like everyone has been saying for the last 3 months that the divy should be 7 cents per share.
Bring it on, it's time to restore the dividend like it should be.

I'd certainly like that .07, but if you read my last post, I think it's too optimistic given that the contracted Q1 average was only $80.  Q2 contracted average is almost in the bag at this point (84% complete) with an average of  nearly $105.   So given that management of these companies lean towards being conservative I expect .05 - and I'd be happy with that to ...more

It's possible that Q2 cash flow exceeds 100M and they get to the next dividend stage that much sooner, I don't think anyone's going to dump if the div comes out at $0.05/month, the releases did give me the impression it's likely to be $0.07/month, however.

I got it pegged at 82 million. I will be esctatic if they hit above that.

The way the cash flow was modeled earlier in the year management had stated 337M/yr at $90WTI, with a $5.6m/$1WTI increase. If we average $100 WTI that's over 390M annually. As China demand comes online from continual lockdown exemptions, we enter driving season, Russian supply goes offline, and other exporters continue to struggle, we stand a strong chance of exceeding $100m cash flow per ...more

yep. And short term they've said 50% of that will be returned to shareholders by a dividend. 50m / 166m shares outstanding, that's 30 cents a quarter or 10 cents monthly. I can't see them paying that all out. You'd think they'll go with a base divvy at a more sustainable wti price and then use special dividends. At these prices, it won't take long at all to be receiving a ...more

That we do BUT it only becomes official once they release the numbers on Thursday. As I said, I will be very happy if they have anything above 82 million which is $330 million annually. Btw the rough avg. I got was $94 for wti this quarter  which is close to the $90 in their model (it's actually $4 million higher) So they should be around $90 million.
