at a 5% dividend yield, it's a 12 dollar stock and the dividend is safe at 45 wti. When they finish paying debt they've indicated the ability to pay a higher dividend at lower sustaining wti price. There's reason to believe this goes to a 16 - 20 dollar stock within a year
