Fed meeting on rates is this afternoon. A pause day after a good run. FCF of the Canadian producers should start to get more news as we exit Q1

Isn't that a lame excuse if not grasping for straws to explain some manipulation. More importanly, both the API and the EIA reports were bullish yesterday and today. At worst the price of oil should have risen somewhat or stayed flat pending the mostly irrelevant Fed announcement.
