Just got in today. Only 10k shares but a start.

Just a question on cj. Why are analsysts way more optimistic on this stock than investors are? It seems like a no brainer and way more upside than a PEY kind of stock play. But it seems stuck at 6.50-7 range. I see the true value as 8 at 80 oil. Whats the next catalyst to get this to 8 in your opinions?

So why are analsysts coming out with 8.50-9 buck targets then?

Well I agree that CJ's share price is probably going to be a little range bound and cycle up and down with commodity prices I think the future is secure and the dividend is safe Potts. Oil has stalled a little but don't forget that oil is coming out of its shoulder season with summer driving season approaching fast. Besides they are still making enough to pay the div and cap-ex at these ...more

Q1, good to connect with you again, always respect your views, time will tell pal.   J

Yeah you too Potts.  I assume you have been cycling that cash in and out of something that might be swinging more?  Personally I find it hard to find anything that will beat a 10%+ yield even at current share prices although a few E&Ps shareprice growth outpaces that handily. Time will tell and that's what the analysts are forcasting.  12-18 months out CJ could be raising ...more
