Our Conclusion

CJT announced the early renewal and extension of the Air Cargo Services Agreement with two major domestic customers. This again reinforces our view around the competitive moat surrounding CJT's domestic operations. We continue to argue that fears around new competition eating away at CJT's domestic market share are misplaced. Its network advantage and strong service model are difficult to replicate. We rate CJT an Outperformer with a $245 price target.
