iShares 1-5 Year Laddered Government Bond Idx ETF T.CLF

The investment objective of the Fund is to replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of the FTSE Canada 1-5 Year Laddered Government Bond Index (the Index), net of expenses. To achieve fund's objective the Fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Index, net of expenses, by employing, directly or indirectly, through investment in one or more exchange-traded funds managed by BlackRock Canada or an affiliate and or through the use of derivatives, a replicating strategy or sampling strategy. A replicating strategy is an investment strategy intended to replicate the performance of the Index by investing, directly or indirectly, primarily in a portfolio of index securities in substantially the same proportions as they are represented in the Index.

RE: Any News? Only the NR from 8/6. You might already have seen it. What it means in finacially terms is anybody's guess. I would be more interested in their future plans for this company if any. They are in pretty bad shape with liabilities of more than $700,000 and not much working capital. This company is a candidate for re-organization IMHO. huxley
