no info, no news decline

no info, no news declineDuring the last 30 days, CLR has declined from14 to 10,75, let' see that computes to a decline of 23%. Volume on the decline has increased to as high as 5 times its 60- day moving average. No News from the company. Fundamental outlook according to the latest news release is good. Stock market is up substantially in the last month. Has anybody at CLR seen that their stock is an abysmal performer on an absolute and relative basis?
