Are these lobster fisherman issues in Nova Scotia going to have any impact on a takeover bid?

in short. yes. It could lower the price due to the risk and it will no doubt discourage other companies from getting involved. But, CLR is extrememly valuable. The premium brands rumoured bid had a first nations partnership so im sure they will play that up.
