Great analogy with the beans!
couldn't agree with you more on the folly of trying to time the market. I've always taken an entry position when a stock looks cheap and will add in tranches when cash frees up or if a drop without signifacant news occurs.

I guess all is good as long as we don't have TOO many cases of beans on the shelves. ;-)
