You are obviously being controled by someone now who could that be my oh my could it beeeee Satan or just the big banks are controlling you brainwashing you. Do you really think that any other industry could get away with what the big banks do there customer service is terrible not to put the blame on the individuals that work there but they are obviously understaffed and way under paid.The big banks still post the big profits just think how much better they would do if they were run like other banks in the U.S.A. Europe where customer service still means something or like any other business in Canada. I get better service at Mcdonalds than the bank.
