RE: Why so cheap?There was many owners involved and different entities had different rights. A cople grops owned the actual mine, other groups owned the ineral rights, etc. It was a real mess with a bunch of red tape. Cline took their time and sifted throug it all and worked it out.....wile others had thrown up their hands.
Someone is still going to make $315,000,000 over the life of the mine at $1 per ton unless Clines buys them out for another $15 Million.
