RE: Why didn;t they announce Mine AssetPurchase & financing together?
Insiders all had options at $.25 and Dale Hendricks bought into a flow through out of his own pocket at $.25 also. They knew that by just annoncing that they bought the mine assets the stock would run past the $1.00 mark amd that they could hace an easy 4 bagger or more. I believe they have sold all of these shares for a hefty profit and now they are going to announce financing at under $1 which will run the stock back down but they don't really care because they filled their wallets nicely. Sure the SP will run higher on day down the road but they don;t really have to worry about it for awaile as they have satisfied themselves.
Basically what i am saying is that if they announced both at the same time, they woudl have zero'd each other out and the stock would not have run.
I may be wrong sure, but with they price falling back like it did. something seems a bit weird. We will know soon enough I guess.
I am waiting for news on the financing of the New Elk Mine as well as a trial permit on Lossan.
