Maybe the financing has something to do

Maybe the financing has something to dowith the price being pushed down?

Once they announce that the money has been wired into the New Elk sellers bank accont they will still need $100 million to get into business of mining. They have to be talking to people about financing. The peopel lending the money want warrants, etc. maybe they are pushing the pric down to get cheap shares and warrants? I think there will be both debt & share diltion combined. Just a thought as this happens all of the time.
I doubt they will get the 100Million from Mitsui....so who are they talking to that is driving the price down?

They need to announce sales contracts that Mitsui has lined up for them and then the SP will be over $5. They will need this info in their business plan to get the financing anyway. You would think that they have already got this lined up.
