Part Time CFOIt looks like Ernest Cleave is the CFO for a number of Junior companies. He devotes approx 30 hurs per week to Grandview as shown below. It does look more like a buyout for Cline....and i would love to be a fly on the wall listening to the bargaining. It has to be tough right now that the bottom has fallen out of the market and no one is lending money. I still doesn't look like the Mine will be opening anytime soon though as nothing is happening there yet.

From 1997 to 2001, he worked with Bata Limited in various financial roles, including Controller for Bata South Africa and Chief Financial Officer, Bata International - Africa region. Mr. Cleave serves, on a part-time basis, as Chief Financial Officer, of Gold Run Inc., a start-up gold exploration company, with interests in Nevada. Mr. Cleave devotes approximately 30 hours per month each on his duties as chief financial officer of the Company and Gold Run Inc.
