CMK could easily hit 60 to 90 cents this week. Based on the fundamentals, CMK could not hold the resistance. This is a high risk project, inadequate cashflow or capital investment to take this to the production stage. With the new release indicating that production will commence in the 4 th quarter is verly unlikely given the situation of the world markets. CMK will run out of cash rehabing the tunnels. Bates knows he is in trouble when he issued a news release to stop the sp from falling in the defeat of the bear market. Coal fundamentals will drop over the next 5 to 6 months. I will suspect that given the current market trend and the risk , it will be highly that this project could be extended or put on hold. CMk is facing a lot of selling pressure. Given the risk of new mines opening up in the US under MSHA rules will delayed this project further. CMK is down by 50 % and it is same situation during the previous year.
