something to be ignored rather than kept informed.
Probably would not issue Quarterlies nor hold an AGM if they were not obligated to do so
They obviously missed their announced startup date for the Mill but that does not mean they can/will not be in
production by year end.
It just means they do not feel any obligation to notify shareholders why they missed it or to provide a new date
Arrogance or indifference, doesn't really matter the result is the same.
