In Cormark's recent report they model EPS of about 97 cents for 2012 using cash costs of 108 including transport which I don't think covers SG&A. They use a 200 tonne price (its actually difficult to figure out their pricing when you look at their model). Anyway lots of conservatism in Cormarks $6 price target. They do not value the other properties and their long term coal price seems low.
I agree with you big picture that I think the stock is a great buy at current levels. Never mind the other properties which are valuable. CMK trades at big discounts to its peers because of its junior status. This will disappear once we get some production news releases and sales news releases.
