On this quiest day was perusing old NR's -- the 3 m tons appears to be tpo as this NR from Dec. 23 2010 indicates. Also noticed a 58m financing back in Nov. 2010 at $1.95 -- these most recent financings explains alot about sour posts on this board. At any rate $1.95 will cap us for awhile as people unload their grief. Good trading ahead.

With this approval from MSHA, Cline has achieved its targeted start-up of the New Elk Coal Mine in Q4 of 2010. Production will increase steadily over the next year, with the goal of reaching the rate of 3.0 million tonnes of coal per year by the end of 2011.
