When mgmt just issues new options whenever and at whatever price they want to why do they need to support the stock? Every once in a while something positive happens in the met coal industry (buyouts, floods, shortages, increased demand) which temporary lifts the stock and then they sell riding the coattails of other companies success or positive industry dynamics.
I guarantee you my goldfish has pooped more weight in crap than they have mined coal since the last quarterly release.
