If this has anything to do with longwall mining, then perhaps MHSA or another government agency is not going to allow them to proceed with the seams in their present form. As I stated before, my DD tells me there are still hurdles to get by with the mine. If they just came out and said something to that effect, some credibility would be restored. In fact, they would look like a proactive management team. Instead, they portray themselves as bumbling fools ripping through cash. Ironically, the SP is up a nickel.
