The wait continues.....oversold territory!! Based on current financials, records and last NR, CMK has approx. .28 cents in cash, so at the current stock price we are trading at a 245 million mark cap......man is that dirt cheap.
The valuation matches raw captial equipment assets, and some structural, but you are getting the resource and mine for free at these levels.......I just cannot believe how dirt cheap this is trading right now.
Majors paying over $200 million for land and you can get this for 400 million I see it as a no brainer at these levels......waiting it out!
