RE: i smell arrangement taking shape takeover,buyo WTN tanked because of US parity financial warning..... next day when financials weren't great it tanked into the .40's.... took about a year to recover but we all know the ending in that story.
I strongly doubt there is a buy offer pending otherwise the volume might be the same but the price would have moved in the otehr direction (UP).
