RE: desperate times Hmmm... market seems to like the bond deal ( or at least that one was able to be secured ). I wonder if this is just a rally over the last few days that will peter out. This use to be a 2nd tier market favourite to Grand Cache and Western Coal.... not so much anymore it seems.
