RE: Buyout Let us also not forget that Mr Bates has indicated in the past that he was in the exploration business and not in mine development; now we believe him; there is no better proof than CMK. He probably thought, with the Mitsui loan, that that was an opportunity to develop Clineas a base and generate some cash and probably pursue his exploration dreams. Hence the two exproration projects in gold and iron ore and the coal in BC that he sold. May be he has reached the end of the line and it's time for him to exit the mining business. Let us hope his exit will be graceful and not dramatic.
