For 1, I don't think any customer will want to sign a contract from an unknown player at this point in time of world economics. The lack of reputation and dependability of this company is too risky for any company to sign. 2nd, coal spot prices are too low compared to our unknown cost. Or a big shot in the dark, and my opinion is that CLINE doesn't have enough coal on hand to sell to anyone..
To simplify things on why cline hasn't sold any coal is because, they haven't been able to dig any up at a quantity to sell, or nobody wants to buy from cline......that's my opinion.
