coal I am lossing huge as well but have to hold, no other choice.
Many coal producers are undergoing same dramatic downturn during the past months due to declined coal price.
But I feel the management has made a correct decision at this time although it might be too late. Continuing producing will make CMK dying faster given the current coal price. Holding cash for now still have chance to survive if the price comes back, and gain some time to find a partner (or a buyer). if successfully sold the inventory will be gaining much time though.
