With an idiot at the helm and "yes" men surrounding him, sooner or later the house would be crumbling down, as was mentioned in previous blogs on this board. This is what happens with all family dominated boards and companies. Professional merit is the last thing the Grand Patrone takes into account when selecting personnel. Loyarlty over competence is the norm in all family dominated enterprises. That is why when the patron fades, the family companies fall apart. And unless the current board that has been stuffed by family and friends goes, there is no future for this company.
