RE: re: ROM and real Coal Bond, it is not unusual when you open a new seam, you get more rock initially. Having said that, without additional info, no one could tell that or if the seam was really thin in the section, or how high they making the cuts. Lot of variables for such a high reject rate.
The wash plant is high quality with a fines circuit, so I don't think that is the problem.
