I have more of a philosophy with a stock like cmk to hold a certain portion of my money long term in it, and the rest to daytrade, in order to finace other investments with the quick profits i make off of it.
I find that strategy works for me, especially in these uncertain markets we are looking at. But you are right, finding the tops and bottoms can be hard. Just have to put in a bid and sell price you are confortable with and move on. At the end of the day, the name of the game here is making money. So how ever you do it, good on you ;)
