CMK has had a great run, and might still continue to do so. But this is still a company with a lot of debt, no forseable sales contracts in place for their coal yet, and no firm offers to be bought out. All that might change in the next month, and we could see much higher levels, But the reverse is true too.
Thus if you can walk away with a profit on a risky play like this, then you don't need to justify your decisions to anyone.
