It will be a bad deal Unless, there are two bids for Cline,at least, we will be taken to the cleaners no matter who the interested party is for obvious reasons: The March 10 deadline imposed on Cline by Marret. It may also be true that the reasons Tobin and Haywood were brought on the board, before Marret took over the company, is to utilize their skills and connections in the industry in order to facilitate the sale of the company. a view that was expressed by some contributors on this board and Marret may not be interested in running a coal company. There may have been an acknowledgement that between Cline and Marret there is a common interest after all, the former to avoid dilution and the latter to get their money now and run. This common interest may have prompted both sides to bring in these two heavy guns and see a happy ending for both sides. If that is the case and both parties have a common interest in the sale of the company, these deadlines may be amenable by Marret until a better bid comes along as the market conditions for met coal improve. But again all this is mere speculation and we won't know until March the 28, actually because the market, I think is closed for Good Friday..
