Impressed with SP behavior I really surprised with SP behavior . I thought it would going down to 3.5-4c and stays there till the next news.
I can thing about 2 possibilities:
1. Conspiracy: Attempt to hold ESP above c for 20 days and convince current shareholders to buy shares for $3M at c.
2. Strong street believe that company value well above of $I'M or ~c which gives 100%+ profit after realizing 2c subscription in currents SP.
