Question: I believe this has already been answered by some posters if i remember correctly without looking at prior posts but just want to be re-assured about this , when the rights offering does occur , current shareholders will not be forced to take them correct? the broker firms have to call the shareholder and ask or get consent forms in the mail right ? and if neither above occur then by default its understood that shareholder does not want to buy the rights ?
