Should we exercise theRights offerings?

Should we exercise theRights offerings?

Though the answer depends on each one's perspective, our view is NO. The rationalle behind it is as follows: Upon the issuing of  Rights, there will be an immediate sell by the big boys who would rush to cash in at 5cents thus depressing the price down to 2cents or even lower. If we want to add positions to the existing ones why pay 2cent and not wait until it goes to 1cent or even lower to 0.005cents. Of course the purchase is going to be from the secondary market and thus the money will go to another investor and not to the Cline and Marret crooks. In the prelim prospectus it states that the proceeds from the Rights offering will go for "working capital" meaning for paying Bates salary and his gang's. And since Marret will be the major shareholders after the dilution, why giving them any money through the Rights exercise? Let them find other sources of working capital. Let them issue stock. But after they trashed the stock, who is going to buy it at  2cents or less? Nobody, at least no institution that I know of. So the Marret vultures will have to fend for themselves; let them convert all their bonds to 1.7billion shares and let us see how they will secure the working capital they are dreaming about. So, no Rights exercise, no working capital, no care and maintenance, no production. Let the Marret vultures issue more debt and more dilution to secure working capital, not from my money and yours. As far as we are concerned with the massive dilution we have lost our investment and any gains through the Warrants is nothing By issuing the Rights we thought that the proceeds would go toward paying off the debt to Marret and get these monkeys off our backs, at least partially, and not use the proceeds to pay Bate's salary and his gang's. And if in 3 years time there is no production and revenues and profit, how are we going to pay off the Marret debt? There will be more dilutions now in the trillions of shares? So throwing good money after bad, is not the way to do business. So let the new owners who probably coluded with the Cline management to dilute the stock and keep the company for themselves sweat it out. How do we know that there was a collusion between Cline and Marrett for a massive dilution? We don't know for sure, but we suspect and if the new owners keep the present board and management in place that will reinforce our suspicion that there was a "gentlemen's agreement" behind closed doors to keep the company in the "family" of crooks. You be the judge
