It was mentioned before that they expect their first shipment at the end of May, is this still on track since it was supposed to be only 10000 tons as a sample.  Also if that is announced soon would it have a positive effect on thestock price

hsaber2..let me make this very clear for you...there will be no coal leaving that property anytime soon...why u may ask?,,,well the trucking permit that they keep yapping about has a little stipulation with it...one that they have never mentioned at any time, in any release....they must make modifications to the state highway before they can haul coal...unlike what some have said here...these

Well that's all very fine but it's only a sample not a sale. And how is it being loaded/ shipped,by FedEx or Purolator?

Northguy, you really need to get off your soap box regarding the highway access. As I told you before this is not an issue.   I guarantee that they can ship the sample coal by truck even without the highway modifications, because it's not a lot of volume.  If there was a stringent restriction on highway access just how do you figure they got all the equipment and materials
