Underwriters
Cormark and Jennings who both recently issued lofty price valuations were part of the underwriters. Seems wrong they were likely writing their reports absent any mentioning an additional financing while the financing was being worked out.

Remember as well that Jennings has them earning money for the quarter ending May 31st. They won't earn anything so Jennings will issue a revision on EPS for this year. That will probably hurt the stock.
