This is from last friday. I feel it can be shared. We were discussing ideas for keeping management in better contact with shareholders. You can believe it or not. This was preceded by two telephone conversations with KB, which I disclosed as much info as I could remember. The share price is hurting me as much as you, I am surprised we have not had some support from TD, after a 31 million share placement you would think they would try to hold the price up to at least the PP, very strange and I would be very pissed if I was those people. Anyway here is an email I received. I will be calling on on Thursday.

I really appreciated our discussion yesterday, particularly your suggestions over the phone, and here in
your email. I am going to discuss this up at our top management meeting early next week. I would very
much like for us to keep in touch so we can better understand and be responsive to you and
all our shareholders.

We have kept away from trying to make separate, individual or personal, written operational reports
to shareholders calling or writing in.  As you know we are obliged to disclose material information and
reports to all shareholders immediately, equally and fairly, which we do.  We have to make the right call
between 'explaining' our reports and disclosures made to all shareholders to individual shareholders,
and making new material disclosures to individual ones.  I am addressing these things at the
management meeting next week I mentioned.

Give me a call Don, you have my numbers, I would very much like to keep in touch with your ideas, counsel
and guidance.

Thank you for sharing that Godman. I hope KB follows through and acts on your council. It would be doing a great service to all who have an honest interest in this venture. I realise that we're into the summer doldrums in the market and we just have to look back to this time last year to see a huge decline in CMK in sp then as well. How is it godman that you seem to have an open line to management, yet know one else can get a response in any manner from management???Are you the Cline IR guy?

I talked to Bates recently. He was friendly, but I did not get much information beyond all is fine.  I also talked to Jennifer once before that. Similar feedback.If all is fine, then they should state so with some detail. The stock price is being killed needlessly.

I think he is paid company poster.......Funny things is i know of four shareholders (personally ) who also have sent hundreds emails and called many times, never once anyone has called back or replied to their email...........HOWS THAT ?

I disagree ONLYIF.....who seems to have come out of the blue here...I've stated just after the PP that I was frustrated and called Cline 416 Toronto number and Jennifer Bates picked up, I didn't think I'd get a live answer so I tried to re-cap and get what info I could, so if you are really concerned and have any skin in this company you can do the same and you will get through Call
