cmk is paying for port service in Texas but still no coal to ship down may be running out of working capital<suspect a news release very soon to this about lack of capital and maybe may need a share offerring to cover the overrunsthis may hit below 1.00 in the near futurestill may have limited production coming out of mine, may not be reaching targets, i see around 200 to 700 tones per day

Do you have any evidence to suport what you said? I saw some people like to intersperse bad rumour to hurt company and make stock price down for their buying . I wouldn't work for them. look at the government web site, you see the actual production which must be reported to the government on a weekly basis. as you see, you will get the drifti would like to know why production is very low or practical nilwhat are they doing on site with the mines if they are not mining coalwhere is the money coming from to pay wages

If coal stay in the open too long will lose coal oil , that will affect coal qaulity what is not  easy  to  be burned. Obviously CMK put main attention  on shipment construction since Japan earthquake, I saw they are doing well  and did right way on govenment web site.
